Meagan McCraw

Meagan McCraw is an accomplished paralegal and certified legal document preparer in the Scottsdale area who has worked in estate planning for over 15 years. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Arizona State University, and is currently certified by the Supreme Court of Arizona to practice as a legal document preparer. Meagan’s extensive background allows her to work with a variety of clients and make the steps of completing an estate plan seamless and as easy as possible for her clients. She is dedicated to providing her clients with impeccable service. In her spare time Meagan participates in several animal rescue charities and events.

Karen S. Higby

Karen S. Higby is the author behind Monarch's documents. Karen is an estate planning attorney who has focused exclusively on trusts, estate planning, wills, probate and related matters since 1976. Karen graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University in 1966 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish. She received her Juris Doctor degree in Akron University in 1975. Karen obtained the designation Certified Financial Planner from the College of Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado, in 1983 and is past President of the International Association of Financial Planning, Greater Phoenix Chapter. She was a faculty member of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin for over 15 years. Karen is best known for her client-focused law practice, which assists individuals and their families in saving taxes, eliminating probate, and making their family affairs convenient to handle.
